Grape variety: Chardonnay 80%, Trebbiano 10%, Falanghina 10%.
Name: Bianco Terre degli Osci IGP.
Type of land: Limestone / sandstone of Eocene origin, on the sea 60 m.s.l.
Training system: Guyot.
Methods of defence: Organic, integrated pest control with controlled environmental impact.
Harvest time: Last week of August / first decade of September.
Collection mode: Manual.
Vinification: The grapes are gently destemmed and left to cold macerate for a short period. Then it is softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by cold static decantation. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: At the end of fermentation the wine is kept on the yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 4 months. The bottled wine is normally kept in temperature-controlled rooms for at least two months.

SENSORIAL ANALYSIS

Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Bouquet: Floral and enveloping with hints of broom flowers, orange blossom and hints of white musk. Fruity with hints of banana, citrus and pineapple.
Taste: Elegant, fresh, savoury; notes of mandarin, pineapple, banana, grapefruit with a final hint of medicinal herbs.
Matching: Particularly suitable to accompany first courses, white meats, fresh cheeses, fish dishes.
Service temperature: 6 – 8 °C.
