Vinification: The grapes are gently destemmed and left to cold macerate with the skins for a very short period of time. Then it is softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by cold static decantation. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers.
Ageing: At the end of fermentation the wine is kept on the yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 4 months. The bottled wine is normally kept in temperature-controlled rooms for at least 2 months.

Color: Bright soft pink.
Bouquet: A broad bouquet that ranges from dog rose with an intriguing savoury vein to fresh cherry and Mediterranean herbs.
Taste: Balanced and fresh.
Serving temperature: 10 – 12 °C.
